Saturday 7:30 - Sunrise Yoga 8:30 - Breakfast 10am - Off-Course Instruction Noon - Lunch 1pm - 9-Holes On-course Instruction 3:30-5:30 - Free Time, Optional 9 Holes or Other Activities 6-7pm - Yoga Cool Down 7:30 - Group Dinner with Wine and Social After Sunday 8am - Morning Yoga 9am - Breakfast 10am - On Course Instruction and Play 12pm - Lunch 1pm - Golf Wrap Up and additional Instruction 2pm - Yoga Cool Down 3pm - Depart or Stay for Optional Activities

Sally Krystyn Sally has been teaching golf for 20 years. She was a Division 1 College Golfer and coached college golfers at the Division 1 Level for over 4 years. Sally is passionate about teaching golf to women! Seeing women succeed in golf and life is her ultimate goal. Sally practices yoga on a regular basis and believes it can help all golfers with many aspects of their game including rotation, balance, flexibility, strength, mind and body connection, relaxation, breathing, focus, positive self belief, mental strength and more! She has many certifications in teaching golf and has been named to the Top 50 US Kids Instructor List the past 2 years. Sally lives in Olathe with her husband and two young boys who also play golf and sometimes can be talked into doing yoga with her!

Sue Park Sue has been an athlete all of her life and been in the yoga and fitness industry for over 25 years. She started playing and learning the game of golf in 1992. She is passionate about bringing the mind/body connection to every golfer/athletes to keep them in the game they love while developing a sense of “Self” in the process. She works with athletes individually and well as groups. She has been in the Kansas City area since 1998, has 4 children who are all athletes and practice yoga.
