Dear Guest, This guide is intended to provide you with all of the necessary information to make your visit to our facilities enjoyable. We take pride in complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act to enhance your experience at the events. We strive to make your event experiences as user friendly as possible. If there are ways in which we may improve our services to our guests with disabilities, we encourage you to contact our ADA Facilitator at (504) 587-3916. Thank you for your patronage. SERVICES ADA FACILITATOR For inquiries or questions regarding accessibility, you may contact our ADA Facilitator at (504) 587-3916 or [email protected]. We can also be reached via mail at: P.O. Box 52439, New Orleans, LA 70152 Requests for aid and service should be made at least ten (10) business days prior to the event. The ADA Facilitator may be unable to fill a request if made less than ten (10) business days in advance of an event. GUEST SERVICES AT TICKETED / OPEN TO THE PUBLIC EVENTS For any questions or concerns during an event, please contact the nearest Guest Services Representative (i.e. Usher, Ticket Taker or Public Safety Staff) for assistance. Our Guest Services staff will assist you with your needs and will help direct you to services throughout the venue.
ASSISTIVE LISTENING DEVICES Complimentary hearing assistance devices are available at the Guest Services tent located in Champions Square during all Champions Square ticketed or open to the public events. Identification is required in order to check out the device. Identification will be returned to the patron upon return of the device following the event.

RESTROOMS North LaSalle: Men’s - 1 ADA accessible stall, Women’s - 1 ADA accessible stall, South LaSalle: Men’s - 1 ADA accessible stall, Women’s - 1 ADA accessible stall, PURCHASING TICKETS Please ensure that you identify yourself as a disabled guest upon purchasing tickets. People purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat may purchase up to three additional seats for their companions in the same row and these seats must be contiguous with the accessible seat. Any questions and/or concerns should be directed to the Box Office at (504) 587-3822.

EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURES In event of an emergency, the Champions Square Guest Service Representatives have been instructed and trained to assist you in an evacuation of the premises.

TRANSPORTATION ACCESSIBLE PARKING Parking for guests with disabilities are located in garages 1, 2, 5, 6, Lot 3 and Champions garage. The top and bottom levels of each garage is equipped with wheelchair accessible ramps. Additionally, there is parking available in Lot 3 along the fence closest to the Smoothie King Center. To gain access to ADA parking, proper vehicle registration is required as well as a current disabled placard with a matching identification card.
