American Track Generations is owned & managed by experienced railroad contractors. Together they have over 90+ years of experience in the industry. William “Bill” Bush is a 5th generation railroader . Over the years he has managed some of the largest railroad contractors in the United States. Bill holds a BS in Industrial Management and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He is a past President of the National Railroad Construction & Maintenance Association (NRCMA). He strives to provide each customer individual evaluations, his full attention to their needs, & deliver their railroad service in a timely and efficient manner. Brent Bush began his 6th generation career by working summers for a large railroad contractor. He attended The Colorado School of Mines and earned a double degree in Civil and Mechanical Engineering. Brent worked for one of the largest civil contractors in the United States managing Light Rail projects, built an Amtrak facility and other large civil projects. He decided to joint venture with his father bringing his knowledge of construction, design, maintenance, and civil work experience to our customers. His goal is to help each customer achieve their needs with superior work, quality and service for the most economical price possible.
Chris Bush is also a 5th generation railroader. He has over 28 years of construction & maintenance experience working for some of the largest railroad contracting firms in the United States. He has an Associate of Science Engineering degree. Chris diligently works to bring quality, cost effective prices and satisfaction of our services to all customers.

Jake Graves is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Engineering Technology in Construction. He is our Superintendent and manages our large projects. He also is our Safety Manager and implements all ATG safety policies. We have maintained an incident & accident free record for the last 4 years.
Keri Bush has a Civil Engineering degree from Texas A & M University. She has worked for some of the largest railroad design companies in the USA.
