Setting the HAHA Calendar Feeds HAHA Website of your favorite team For iPhone Users It is best to complete steps 1 & 2 from your office or home computer. It is not possible to scroll down in the tags screen on your iPhone. 1. Select the team calendar you would like to feed to your IPhone calendar a. If your team is not displayed you will have to set the proper tags to display those events. b. Select the Show Tag Menu

c. Select (Place a checkmark) the team you want to display. i. You can either display multiple teams with one ICal Feed or you can do each team individually. ii. The advantage for doing multiple ICal subscriptions is that each team will be displayed in different colors on your IPhone calendar.
C D d. Unselect all teams you do not want to display.
e. Select the Subscribe to iCal Feed at the bottom of the calendar

f. Copy the following link into an e‐mail by selecting the link, Right Mouse Click, Copy Bantam A Link = webcal://hermantownhockey.pucksystems.com/ical_feed?tags=226541

2. E‐mail the link to yourself.
3. From your iPhone open your e‐mail
4. Open the “Settings”
and copy the link you e‐mailed to yourself

5. Select the “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” tab on your iPhone
6. Select “Add Account…”
7. Select “Other”
8. Select “Add Subscribed Calendar”
9. Select “Server” and “Paste” the link you copied from your e‐mail webcal://hermantownhockey.pucksystems.com/ical_feed?tags=226541 10. Select “Next” at the top of that iPhone page 11. Enter the Team Name in the “Description” (Example HAHA Bantam A’s) 12. Select “Save” 13. At the home screen or main screen of your iPhone select the “Settings” icon again 14. Select “Notifications” and turn Notifications on
15. Look at your “Calendar” to see if the events have been added. (Some times the feeds take a couple minutes to populate your iPhone calendar the first time. Also when traveling you may have to turn Data Roam On or Off for you iCal feeds, I do not remember.)
