By the end of the presentation, learners will be able to: 1. Determine appropriateness for hospice according to LCD criteria 2. Differentiate Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3 LCD criteria 3. Identify signs of physiological decline 4. Describe correct use of prognostication scales used in hospice 5. Discuss different methods for determining decline in physiological status Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number 70 for 1 contact hour. No fee for members. $10 fee for non-members for CEU and meal
