SWA provided concept and schematic design and construction observation for this 15.5-hectare development that integrates existing and new mixeduse towers. The landscape area of approximately 6.5 hectares includes streetscapes, eight podiums, green roofs, and a green buffer. Streetscape design invites pedestrian activity while capturing storm water for irrigation. The design creates unique district identities highlighting each street’s character based on their adjacent building programs. The primary open space accommodates events of all sizes, while green buffer of

preserved mature trees along the west side provides
