SHINE Spring and Summer term sessions

Dear parent/carer, It is with great pleasure that I can send to you details of new SHINE sessions that are coming up this year. As before I will ask your child to complete a survey to register an interest and confirm with them and you that they can attend the requested sessions. All sessions take place in the hall from 3.15-4pm.

Are we really what we see? Gender representation in the media.
Thursday 11th May
Orienteering as a life skill? Developing orientation and navigation skills.
Thursday 8th June
How has science shaped the world we live in? Historical findings, current developments and future research and changes.
Thursday 22nd June
The Maths Challenge!
Thursday 6th July
Let's get quizzical! How good is your general knowledge? Celebration of the SHINE programme with end of programme quiz.
