Iron Horse Auction Company ships via the USPS if items can fit into a standard size flat rate shipping box. There will be a $5.00 handling fee per lot in addition to the shipping and insurance charges from the Post Office. Large, heavy (weighing more than 10 pounds) or over-sized items must have arrangements made for pick up at the auction location. A Shipping Authorization Form must be completed for every auction prior to the release of your items. Merchandise will not be released until the items have been paid in full and this form has been signed and returned via fax or email. I understand that the handling of purchased lots by the Shipper or Iron Horse Auction Company, Inc. is at the risk of the Buyer. Delivery to the “Third Party Shipper” releases Iron Horse Auction Company from any claim pertaining to delivery of the undersigned lots. The undersigned acknowledges that the obligation to pay for the item(s) is unaffected by this delivery instruction.
