Cotton Club Block of the Month Program The Cotton Club is a sampler style Block of the Month quilt featuring 5-inch blocks. The collection was created around an antique border print from the mid 1800’s along with antique coordinates in varying shades of red and brown. The rich red tones include shades of Madder and Turkey red, both commonly used in the 1800’s. They are beautifully paired with brown. The quilt contains 45 blocks. Monthly patterns include: Detailed cutting and piecing instructions to make the blocks needed for that month; Blocks for each month are grouped together utilizing a specific technique or similarity in block design, progressing from the easiest to the more challenging techniques. Bonus projects to complete using one pattern. How the Program Works: The Program runs from October 2011to September 2012 A block storage box is available for only $2.50, but on a limited basis. This box is built to hold your blocks until all are made. Kits will be available on the Tuesday following the third Sunday of the month (usually around the 20th)
Cost: $22.95 per month plus tax You may pick up the kit at the shop or have it mailed at a cost of $4.95 per month Payment: Payment may be made in two ways: 1. Credit card – we will charge your credit card each month just prior to mailing the kits or kit pick-up. If your credit card expires during this time, we will try to contact you the month prior to expiration for the new date. We will not prepare a kit for you if a new expiration date is not secured. 2. Cash or Checks –You may prepay for the entire twelve months at a cost of $275.40 plus tax Block Storage boxes are also available for $2.50 plus tax.
