Why does Localgiving need this information?
Please supply details of a signatory who is responsible for the charity’s bank account. They should be a trustee, treasurer, or senior manager.
As part of our validation process we use Experian® to verify and authenticate named individuals responsible for their charity’s bank account. This is to ensure that all charities on Localgiving are legitimate and have undergone a thorough due diligence procedure, while also reducing the risk of identity fraud.
