In this moment of silence, we relax and let go. We relax in the presence of God and let go of our cares. As we attune ourselves to God and let this divine presence envelop and uphold us, we realize that God is in all and works through all.
We relax and let go. In the silence, we attune ourselves to the presence of God as peace. The presence of God enfolds us, and we are filled with peace. Nothing can disturb us, for the peace of God flows in and through us, taking with it any concern. We are serene. One in the peace of God, we pray for ourselves and for all who look to us for support.
PRAYER FOR PEACE Attuned to the presence of God, I am at peace.
God is light. In the silence, we attune ourselves to the presence of God as light. The light of God enfolds us and shines in and through us. It inspires us and helps us think clearly and act wisely. Jesus said, "You are the light of the world.... Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father" (Mt. 5:14, 16). As children of God, we are individual expressions of divine light, and so we let our light shine as we affirm: The light of God dwells within us and illumines our minds. We are the light of God. We let our light shine to brighten the way. If we are concerned about the actions of another, or if we know someone who is trying to find an answer, we hold that person in the light of God and know that divine light illumines the way.
PRAYER F O R G U I D A N C E Attuned to the light of God, I make wise decisions.
God is life. In the silence, we attune ourselves to the presence of God as life. We open our minds and hearts and feel the quickening presence of life within. No appearance of illness has power over us. We affirm life as we hold to our faith in this everrenewing presence. We picture the perfect life of God within, and we see ourselves as whole and well. We are vitally alive, for every atom of our beings pulses in unison with the life of God. Our bodies radiate life. For those who are seeking a greater expression of the life of God within, we affirm life. We envision strength and wholeness for anyone who is facing a health challenge. We see this person filled with the presence of God and expressing radiant life more fully each day.
PRAYER FOR HEALING Attuned to the life of God, I am healed.
God is substance. In the silence, we attune ourselves to the presence of God as substance. Whatever we need comes to us through the loving provision of God. Anything we need, no matter how large or small it appears to be, is ours in Spirit. We only have to ask to receive, for God fulfills every need. We allow our thoughts to flow freely as we picture the good that we desire. We open our minds to divine ideas, knowing that as we use these ideas our supply increases. Our good is being brought forth. When we see others who desire more of God's abundance, we know that they, too, are blessed by the loving provision of God. We see each individual successfully using divine ideas and bringing forth abundance.
Now we gently move our attention to ideas of prosperity. Abundance fills our lives, for God is supply. The spirit of God within us is the source of abundance. As we pray, we give thanks for every expression of God's loving, providing spirit—for friends and family, for flowers and birds, for sunshine and rain, for the business of each day and the quiet of each night. We pray now for a greater awareness of the bountiful goodness of God for ourselves and for others as we take this truth into our hearts:

The spirit of God expresses itself through me. In the silence now, we relax. We release any thought or feeling that interferes with our awareness of the spirit of God. As we do, we remember, "A new heart I will give you, and a new spirit I will put within you." The spirit of God fills our hearts and minds, making us vessels—wonderful, unique vessels fulfilling a sacred purpose.
As vessels, we open ourselves to the inpouring and outpouring of the spirit of God. We are open to wisdom, to life, and to abundance in this silent time of prayer. * * *
Peace abides in our hearts, for God is peace. The pure, unconditional peace of God flows freely within us, cleansing away fear and unforgiveness. We are one with the love of God. Let's go now to that quiet place deep within where we feel the presence of God as love. The love of God fills our souls with peace and tranquillity. As we settle deeper into the love of God, we become still and centered in the presence of God. We think peace, feel peace, and experience the love of God as peace.

Let us now open our minds to divine light. We are one with this divine light that shines within us. Divine light illumines our minds and floods us with wisdom and confidence. All that we need to understand is made clear. As we hold anyone and anything of concern in the light of God, we are guided to know what action, if any, that we should take. Divine light guides and inspires us and shows the way to successful living. We ask God to instruct us, to lead us, and bring us to our own good in our own way. Light shines on our path and expresses itself as wisdom in all that we say and do. Our words are spoken out of love and wisdom. Our actions are led by love and wisdom. Trusting God's guidance, we pray for ourselves and others, knowing that the light of God is guiding each of us to our highest good.

We focus our thoughts now on the life of God that dwells within. Divine life is present in every atom of our bodies as a mighty current of healing energy. It flows throughout the body temple, rejuvenating cells, energizing organs, and replenishing tissues. With every beat of our hearts and every breath we take, we feel the life of God moving in and through us. Centered in God, we speak the word to ourselves, "Life ... life ... life." We are vitally alive. We are whole. We are free. In this relaxed state of prayer, we are one with the life of God. All parts of our bodies are working in harmony with divine life. We are open to the positive changes that divine life brings to us. We eagerly accept the perfection brought forth by divine life for ourselves, and we expect it for others as we pray.

We now turn our thoughts to prosperity. We are one with the substance of God. Divine substance is unlimited, everywhere present, waiting to be called into visibility. This substance is ours to claim and to use. It is the supply for every need. We ask in faith, without questioning "how" or "when," and supply comes forth in abundance. The wealth of God is ours. Let us focus on the abundance of God that fills any seeming void. In our mind's eye, we walk an inward journey. We travel a path rich with the bounty of God. We see the goodness of God everywhere we look.

PRAYER FOR GUIDANCE The indwelling Christ presence directs me to my good.
Knowing that we are divinely guided, we now pray for healing. We envision divine life directing the atoms, cells, and organs of our bodies, enabling each one to function perfectly. We see our body temples as strong and vitally alive, filled with the healing, revitalizing life of the Christ. As we pray, we allow the spirit of life to sweep away every doubt or negative thought and to sweep in thoughts of energy, strength, and vitality. We gently move into a greater realization of the Christ life within, knowing that this life continually works in and through our minds and bodies. We are filled with vibrant energy and the strength to meet each day. We rest in the silence and feel the healing, soothing presence of divine life as it gently flows throughout our body temples.

As we move into this time of sacred prayer, we enter through the gates of thanksgiving. With hearts filled with gratitude, we recognize our oneness with God. We speak the words: God and I are one. What a glorious feeling these words bring! God and I are one. In the awareness of our oneness and in a spirit of thankfulness, we are open to the love of God, the wisdom of God, the strength of God, and the substance of God. We relax now into the stillness of prayer. We let go of the thoughts of the day. Our minds are clear and free to go to God. We immerse ourselves in the love of God, and we experience God's presence in our hearts as peace.

As we turn to the Christ for health, strength, wisdom, and abundance, we are continually being reborn. What a glorious realization this is!
"Peace! Be still!" In the midst of turmoil, Jesus affirmed peace and the storm ceased. During this time of prayer and meditation, we speak words of peace and outer distractions cease. As we release our worries, we experience the peace of knowing that we are one with the Christ. In this moment, we are restful and serene. Peace ... be still.... We relax even further now and feel the abiding love of Christ. Our minds are at peace and our bodies are relaxed. We are one with the Christ. It is our peabe, our assurance, our help in every need. As children of God, we are individual expressions of divine light, and so we let our light shine as we affirm: The light of God dwells within us and illumines our minds. We are the light of God. If we are concerned about the actions of another, or if we know someone who is trying to find an answer, we hold that person in the light of God and know that divine light illumines the way.

God is life. In the silence, we attune ourselves to the presence of God as life. We open our minds and hearts and feel the quickening presence of life within. No appearance of illness has power over us. We affirm life as we hold to our faith in this everrenewing presence. We picture the perfect life of God within, and we see ourselves as whole and well. We are vitally alive, for every atom of our beings pulses in unison with the life of God. Our bodies radiate life. For those who are seeking a greater expression of the life of God within, we affirm life. We envision strength and wholeness for anyone who is facing a health challenge. We see this person filled with the presence of God and expressing radiant life more fully each day.
PRAYER FOR HEALING Attuned to the life of God, I am healed.
God is substance. In the silence, we attune ourselves to the presence of God as substance. Whatever we need comes to us through the loving provision of God. Anything we need, no matter how large or small it appears to be, is ours in Spirit. We only have to ask to receive, for God fulfills every need. We allow our thoughts to flow freely as we picture the good that we desire. We open our minds to divine ideas, knowing that as we use these ideas our supply increases. Our good is being brought forth. When we see others who desire more of God's abundance, we know that they, too, are blessed by the loving provision of God. We see each individual successfully using divine ideas and bringing forth abundance.
Now we gently move our attention to ideas of prosperity. Abundance fills our lives, for God is supply. The spirit of God within us is the source of abundance. As we pray, we give thanks for every expression of God's loving, providing spirit—for friends and family, for flowers and birds, for sunshine and rain, for the business of each day and the quiet of each night. We pray now for a greater awareness of the bountiful goodness of God for ourselves and for others as we take this truth into our hearts:

The spirit of God expresses itself through me. In the silence now, we relax. We release any thought or feeling that interferes with our awareness of the spirit of God. The spirit of God fills our hearts and minds, making us vessels—wonderful, unique vessels fulfilling a sacred purpose.

We are one with the love of God. Let's go now to that quiet place deep within where we feel the presence of God as love. The love of God fills our souls with peace and tranquillity. With every beat of our hearts and every breath we take, we feel the life of God moving in and through us. Centered in God, we speak the word to ourselves, "Life ... life ... life." We feel the Christ presence within us now, and we relax. Ever so gently, this presence sweeps in love and peace as it sweeps out worry and fear. In this quiet, peaceful place of prayer, outer distractions or concerns are swept away. Nothing can disturb us now, for we are one with the Christ presence of peace.

Knowing that we are divinely guided, we now pray for healing. We envision divine life directing the atoms, cells, and organs of our bodies, enabling each one to function perfectly. As we pray, we allow the spirit of life to sweep away every doubt or negative thought and to sweep in thoughts of energy, strength, and vitality. We gently move into a greater realization of the Christ life within, knowing that this life continually works in and through our minds and bodies. As we move into this time of sacred prayer, we enter through the gates of thanksgiving. With hearts filled with gratitude, we recognize our oneness with God. We speak the words: God and I are one. What a glorious feeling these words bring! God and I are one. In the awareness of our oneness and in a spirit of thankfulness, we are open to the love of God, the wisdom of God, the strength of God, and the substance of God. We relax now into the stillness of prayer. We let go of the thoughts of the day. Our minds are clear and free to go to God. We immerse ourselves in the love of God, and we experience God's presence in our hearts as peace.
