Step 1 — Battery 

From the back of the device, slide the back panel downwards to unlock the panel.



Lift the panel up, exposing the battery.

Step 2

Pinch the battery from both sides and lift the battery to remove it.

Step 3 — microSD Card



Unlock the microSD slow by sliding the metal tab in the right-direction.

Step 4 

Take out or put in the microSD

 Do not forget to re-Lock the microSD slot
