McNeese State Cowgirl Soccer would like to invite you to attend one of the McNeese Cowgirl Soccer Camps this summer. We have a great deal of pride in our camp and work year-round to make it the best camp in the area. We believe players develop best when training in a safe, fun, competitive and challenging environment, and we strive to deliver just that at our camps.
Check in: July 25 @ 5:00 p.m. for residents & 6:00 p.m. for commuters Hodges St. Fieldhouse - 4017 S. Hodges St. - Lake Charles, LA 70609 Commuter campers will be given lunch and dinner. Resident campers will receive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Snacks will be provided throughout the day. Resident campers will be staying in the McNeese Residential Housing on campus.
Camp Director: Scooter Savoie is the head coach for Women’s Soccer at McNeese State University. He was named the Southland Conference Coach of the Year in 2007 and the Louisiana Sports Writers Association Coach of the Year in 2006. His Cowgirls won the SLC Championship in 2007 and the SLC Tournament Championship in 2006. In 2006, under his guidance, the team went on to the university’s first ever NCAA tournament appearance for soccer. Savoie has coached with the Olympic Development Program in both Louisiana and Arizona and has been the head coach at McNeese for 13 years. He holds a NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and a USSF “B” License. He is well respected in the soccer community and enjoys helping young players develop into champions.

HOW TO REGISTER: Return registration form along with a $25 non-refundable deposit at least seven days prior to the start of camp. The deposit will be deducted from the camp tuition. A confirmation letter will be mailed once we have received your registration form. No camp tuition refunds will be given once camp has started. Medical Release: This is to certify that __________________________ has my permission to participate in the Competitive Challenge Soccer Camp. I authorize the camp staff to act for me according to their best judgment in any medical emergency. I hereby waive and release the camp directors, coaches, and support staff of any liability for injuries while participating the Competitive Challenge soccer Camp. I have no knowledge of any mental or physical conditions which may affect my son/daughter's ability to safely participate in the camp activities.
