General Information: Create a warm, peaceful sanctuary with our SoftHeat Hydronic baseboard. Its gentle and efficient warmth is perfect in bedrooms or nurseries, or for those with severe allergies. The innovative design contains environmentally-friendly fluid so you can enjoy steady, uniform warmth longer with minimal room temperature variations. No plumbing necessary! Architectural – Engineering Information: Heater shall be constructed of 22 gauge steel and powder coated for maximum durability. The heater will have a standard left hand wire junction box and a special order for a right hand wire junction box. Heater shall have a high temperature capillary thermal over load device that extend over the length of the heating element. Heater element construction shall be constructed of .875” diameter copper tubing and 2.375” x 2.375” aluminum fins mechanically bonded to the copper tube. Heating element shall be filled with a non-toxic engineered heat transfer fluid for maximum efficiency and thermal storage.
