Timetable: Dressage and Showjumping Saturday, X-Country Sunday, Prizegiving 30 minutes after final results posted. Administration Fee: $25 per rider (includes medical, veterinary, administration and ground fees) Yards/Camping: Camping $15 per vehicle, Covered Yards $30 and Uncovered Yards $20. Stallions must be stabled. Yards to be left in tidy condition. Conditions: 1. Event is held under ESNZ Rules for Eventing 2. Membership and Registration All riders must be members of ESNZ. ESNZ Casual membership $10 – Classes 7-10 (available if not already an ESNZ member). Full Equine Registration required for classes 1 & 2. Unregistered horses in classes 3 & 4 required to pay $20 ($5 Casual equine registration & $15 Eventing Flexi Start) In classes 5-8 $5 casual equine registration. Classes 9 & 10 no equine registration required. 3. Organising committee reserve right to limit numbers, cancel or change class or make other changes in terms of Article 611 ESNZ Eventing Rules. 4. Entries fees to be direct credited to: 15-3942-0598927-00 Eventing Taranaki - please include name and class as reference. 5. Late payments – entries will incur a late fee if money is not in the bank two working days after entries close. Late entry fee $30 per rider. 6. By making an entry riders are liable for all fees, even if they do not attend the event. If you subsequently scratch, the refund policy will apply. Please note: Administration and Late fees are non-refundable. 7. Withdrawals and Substitutions will be in accordance with Article 646 ESNZ Eventing Rules. 8. Competitors must comply with requirements of Article 634 Medical Information and provide telephone number of accompanying person/next of kin for event to the Event Secretary when picking up back numbers. 9. Back number holders are required. 10. Draw and allocation of yards will be emailed by Equestrian Entries. 11. Dogs welcome but must be on lead at all times 12. This event is part of the ESNZ Eventing National Series Competitions. 13.
