Florida Chapters Annual Educational Conference July 26 – July 30, 2016 DEADLINE for inclusion in the CONFERENCE PROGRAM is May 20, 2016 Submission of the form does not guarantee any session or speaking opportunities. The Conference Committee is responsible for making the final decision on all sessions and speakers.
SPEAKER and SESSION FORM SESSION COORDINATOR: As the session coordinator you will be responsible for arranging the session content, speakers and coordinating the session as far as obtaining all speaker bios and needs, including copies of handouts the speakers may want to distribute. Bio information is what we use in all published materials for the conference, so please provide it timely and accurately. If this will be a panel, the maximum number of speakers is four and one speaker must be a Risk Manager. Session packet will be available in the session room. NAME:

It is the speaker’s responsibility to bring a laptop and provide computer display adapters (i.e. Mac Thunderbolt, HDMI or PC display to VGA) if necessary, and copies of their presentation for hand out. Any additional A/V needs will be the speaker’s financial responsibility and must be coordinated with Gregory Thompson.
