SPECIAL NEEDS INFORMATION For your convenience, we are providing the following information for our Inspire. Create. Share. 2015 demonstrators with special needs. If you have a question about a special need that is not covered here, please e-mail us at [email protected] to make us aware of your situation. As a safety precaution, we will open the south door to Main Stage a few minutes early for those of you who need extra time to find seating. You may bring one guest to sit with you. Please note: early entry is for your convenience and is not designated as a time to save seats for others. Before the first General Session, we will give you a reserved seat cover for your chair so that you can return to this seat for subsequent sessions. ASL Interpreters Stampin’ Up! will provide an ASL interpreter for you if you indicate the need for one when you register for convention. Reserved seating will be available in a place that works best for lighting the interpreter. If you need an interpreter, please register for Blackberry Bliss, sub-track 1. Hearing Impaired Please indicate when you register if you are hearing impaired but do not require an ASL interpreter. You and one guest will be permitted to enter Main Stage a few minutes early so that you can find a seat in an area that will be most convenient for you. Visual impairment Please indicate when you register if you are visually impaired. You and one guest will be permitted to enter Main Stage a few minutes early so that you can find a seat in an area that will be most convenient for you. Scooter/Wheelchair Please indicate when you register if you will be using a scooter or wheelchair. You and one guest will be permitted to enter Main Stage a few minutes early so that you can find a seat in an area that will be most convenient for you. Wheelchair Rentals Stampin’ Up! does not supply wheelchairs or motorized scooters at any event. The following companies provide wheelchair/scooter rentals in the Salt Lake City area:
