The meeting was called to order with Freeman, Frisk, Hoemberg, Longbella, Winkels and Lund present. Also attending were Supt. Klamm; Staples World Manager, Halvorson; and Recording Secretary, Madson. Motion by Longbella, second by Winkels, to adopt the agenda as presented. MC Personnel Approve the 2017-2018 contract for Steve Jennissen; HS Counselor; MA Step 5 Motion by Winkels, second by Frisk, to approve the 2017-2018 contract for Steve Jennissen; HS Counselor; MA Step 5 MC Approve the 2017-2018 contract for Jaime Boesen; Business Manager; Grade 23P Motion by to approve the contract for Jaime Boesen; Business Manager; GR 23P. MC MF Approve extending an offer of employment, and entering into negotiations, with Mr. Ron Bratlie; Interim Supt. Motion by Winkels, second by Lund, to extend an offer of employment and enter into negotiations with Mr. Ron Bratlie, Interim Supt. MC
