Preparation 1.Boil potatoes and peel. Dice medium cut. 2.Roast the Cumin and coriander seeds, then grind 3.Heat oil and sauté onions till soft and light brown. Add the peas, cayenne pepper, coriander Turmeric, Veggie Seasoning and 5Tbsp water.
