Preparation 1.Cut the Wujiang fish, pickled radish and pickled Chinese cabbage into thin slices and set aside. 2.Pour water and KNORR Hong Kong Style Cream Of Chicken Soup Mix into a pot and bring to a boil. Add Wujiang fish, pickled radish, pickled Chinese cabbage, ginger slices, scallion sections and boil until the flavours have been absorbed. Season with KNORR Chicken Powder, white sugar, white vinegar to taste and pour into a bowl.

3.Put a little oil into the pan, add in the dried chilli and pan-fry till fragrant. Sprinkle the dried chilli on top of the dish and serve.
