SPONSORING A STUDENT ATHLETE REACHING OUR YOUTH In Between The Lines Sports (IBTL) in conjunction with Dulles Elite Football Association (DEFA) is dedicated to helping children and teens achieve their aspirations by devising training techniques designed to help make best use of their abilities. It’s our goal that those who participate in our programs learn to become more passionate about their aspirations, understand the importance of teamwork, and embrace a strong work-ethic in order to achieve success not only in sports but in life in general. We are dedicated to reaching out to the youth to provide them with assistance in their special situations. Based on our last season’s football teams about 30% of our families did not have the financial means to cover the cost of the program. This year we are anticipating approximately 200 players, which means that we are aiming to financially cover the registration cost of at least 60 players. It is our goal that the At Risk Youth of the Northern Virginia area are supported, mentored, and have a place or person and or organization to reach out to when in need. It is our desire to help as many At Risk Youth as possible. We strive to empower these young adults to become the future, well-adjusted leaders of our communities. Please help us with these efforts by sponsoring a player. For $150 you can provide a partial scholarship and for $300 you can provide a full scholarship. It is amazing how such a small amount can make a huge difference.
