The Quito Little League yearbook will be produced using a Mac platform. To ensure the highest quality ad reproduction, please adhere to the guidelines below. For Print-Ready Ads • • • • • • •
Submit ad files via email, USB or CD. All ad files MUST be submitted as a digital file. Ad must meet the exact dimensions as selected on the front of the form. File format must be JPG or PDF. Ad files must be high resolution. No web versions or pictures will be accepted as they are low-resolution and will not print properly. Please Note: Ads created with Word, PowerPoint, Publisher or Excel are NOT print-ready. You will need to pay production fees as outlined below under non-print-ready ads.)
For NON Print-Ready Ads • We can assist in the production of print-ready artwork. Refer to the Production Charge Fee schedule below for basic ad preparation. • Please submit an electronic soft copy of a logo and any other special symbols/artwork that needs to be exact or is copy-written like a corporate logo. • Please Note: We do not recommend the use of scanned artwork or ads, as this will not guarantee a high quality finished product.
