Friday: Sterling Hill Mining Museum, $20
The Teaneck Recreation Department is proud to announce its annual Spring Break Camp! This fun and exciting program offers individual trips during Spring Recess from April 2 through April 6. Join our experienced staff (straight from our After School Program, Summer Camp and Administration) on our trips to Parkway Lanes in Elmwood Park, NJ; Liberty Science Center in Jersey City, NJ; Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ; and the Sterling Hill Mining Museum in Ogdensburg, NJ. Before Care will begin at 8:00am and After Care will end at 6:00pm; these additional services will be offered free of charge. Organized activities will be planned on a daily basis. A bagged lunch is required for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday along with a snack (optional). Please provide your child/children with extra spending money for gift shops and/or arcade use.
*R EGISTRATION PROCEDURES * MAIL-IN/DROP-BOX registration will begin March 12 and go through March 23. Any applications sent to us before March 12 will not be accepted. Kindly complete the registration form below and send with Proof of Residence (copy of New Jersey Driver’s License or current utility bill, etc.) to Teaneck Recreation Department, 250 Colonial Court Teaneck, N.J. 07666. Residents also have the option to utilize the drop-box in the Rodda Center Lobby; if you choose to do so, your application and proofs MUST still be enclosed in an envelope. If you are registering your child for the first time, please send Proof of Age (copy of a passport or birth certificate). DO NOT INCLUDE PAYMENT with your application during this time. You will be notified of class availability and given 48 hours to bring payment into the office. Only one child per form. Only one family’s applications per envelope (members of the same household should send their applications in the same envelope). WALK-IN registration begins March 26 from 8:15am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday (on Tuesdays, 8:15am to 6:45pm). Please bring proof of residence, age, and payment to the Teaneck Recreation Department.
