Have you ever noticed that the miracles of Jesus all involve human desperation? Every time we see Jesus performing a miracle, we also get a glimpse into the gift of desperation, a gift that opens us to the dramatic power of God through our desperate need for him. Join us for an exploration of the miracles of Jesus, helping us see that our weakness is an invitation for God to work powerfully in our lives. Leader: Denise Saylor & Kathy Smith

The course fee for all classes is $20. If the fee is a hardship for you, we can help. Just let us know. You can pay course fees and pick up your study materials on the first day. All classes will be held at Bay Harbour UMC in the Family Life Center.
I Am Loved: Walking in the Fullness of God’s Love (Wendy Blight) 6 weeks—DVD More than ever, our world today desperately needs to hear God’s truth spoken in love. In this study based on 1 John, learn how we are called to walk confidently in, and live out God’s unconditional, extravagant, lavish love. Through John’s perspective as Jesus’ last living disciple, John sets forth what it looks like to love and live authentically for Christ. Leader: Sally Witt
Praying the Psalms (Juanita Ryan) 7 weeks Joy. Anger. Distress. Hope. Trust. Our heart cries out to God in the same way the psalmists did so many years ago. Join this study of the Psalms as we learn how to openly express the full range of our emotions to God who is waiting to receive our prayers. Learn to trust God with your heart and allow God to meet your needs. Leader: Susie Morgan
