You’re invited to a weekend of Lenten Workshops, led by the brothers of the Society of St. John the Evangelist April 8, 9, 10 Friday, April 8 – 7:30pm, Cleaver Hall Brother David Vryhof will be leading a series of talks and meditations on the Gospel of John. What can be learned from John that will help us deepen our own sense of being “beloved disciples” of Christ? Saturday, April 9 – 9:00am – 12:00pm, Cleaver Hall Brother Kevin Hackett will lead a workshop on forgiveness. The workshop will examine what forgiveness is and is not, consider Jesus’ teaching and practice, and look at ways we can move from practice to habit. Sunday, April 10 Brother David Vryhof will preach at Sunday worship at 7:45 and 10:00 a.m. Adult Forum – 9:00am, Cleaver Hall Brothers David Vryhof and Kevin Hackett will be present to talk about monastic life and spirituality.
