Thank you also to the RSL and 452 Squadron from the RAAF for their kind dona on of books. Last Friday our Year 4/5/6 class led us in our own ANZAC Service before heading to Discovery Park for the launch of their research projects which have been bound into books. How special to have a whole class of published authors in our school! Michael Feaver and I are currently in Townsville a8ending Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden Training. We have both spent me in kitchen and garden areas and are really looking forward to returning to Hughenden and fully implemen ng this program. We will be requiring some parent help at various stages of this program so watch this space! Tomorrow we welcome Laurie Taylor from the NRL and Jens Altheimer from “Squaring the Wheel” who will both be running workshops with our Year 2 to 6 students. Good luck to our boys represen ng Mid-West in the North-West Rugby League trials this weekend. Have a great weekend ☺
