CLUB SUBSCRIPTIONS AND FEES Proposed fees for St Ives Hockey Club for the 2017/18 Season. Annual Subscriptions Senior Membership £85.00 per season. £10.00 Match fee Junior Membership £50.00 per season. Discount – 2nd Junior 50% off, 3rd Junior 75% off, 4th Junior Free £6.00 Match fee Guest Membership £25.00 per season. Saturday Matches – Junior £6.00 / Senior £10.00 Match fee Mixed Matches – Junior £4.00 / Senior £7.00 Match Fee Allows non-member to play unlimited Mixed matches or up to a maximum of 5 Saturday Matches (exceeding 5 matches requires full subscriptions to be paid) Family Discount Where 3 or more members belong to the same family group 10% discount will apply to all memberships not already attracting a discount (ie. not applicable on multiple junior memberships) Definitions Senior – Any member over the age of 18 and not in full time education. Junior – Any member under the age of 18 or in fulltime education. Season – September to April, in line with school terms. Summer term activities may be available but at an additional fee Exceptions The St.Ives Hockey Club Committee are willing to consider any exceptional circumstance whereby the membership or playing fees may be subsidised or refund at their discretion. Fees for any club day, tournament or event will be set dependant on the activity and will be publicised accordingly in advance of each event. A Goal Keeper who provides their own kit will not pay a membership fee but full match fees will apply. Payment Fees will be applied through the St.Ives Hockey Club website to each player’s account where payment can be made after the statements have been produced each month. Payment can be made manually or by direct debit. Direct Debit – A limit of £60 applies. The website will automatically take a direct debit each month to a maximum of £60 or the balance of the statement if lower.

Match/Travel Expenses Umpiring - £10 per match Mileage – 18p per mile (to the nearest whole pound) Teas – to be supplied by the Outdoor Centre. In the event the Centre cannot supply food a maximum of £30 will be reimbursed for a member of the team to source Teas.
Playing Kit Playing kit will be supplied at a subsidised cost. This should be purchased and made available within a month of starting at the club to ensure everyone is playing in the same kit. Non-playing Kit Club branded non-playing kit such as hoodies and tracksuits will be available to purchase at least twice a year. The clothing will be supplied at cost through Krusada Teamwear Ltd however will be subject to achieving minimum order quantities as a club. Available clothing items, sizes and prices will be circulated once available.
