With the resort immersed into the existing vineyard, the project embraces the wine country lifestyle, respects the bucolic nature of the property and contributes to the well-being of the community. Tucked behind rolling hills, the 175-key resort, a combination of hotel rooms, cottages, hillside units and 70 estate dwellings, will blend seamlessly into the landscape on a small portion of Stanly Ranch. It melds the agricultural character of Napa Valley with the vibrancy of the City of Napa. Though its footprint will be small, the resort will provide significant local benefits.
