Barcelona bikini boardwalk
A 3 part move that will cinch and tone all the right areas, perfect for that bikini! Perform a walkout, and a side-plank on each side! Lift and hold your upper leg if you want to make it harder.
Salt Water Sizzler
Begin in a downward dog, and rotate to perform a side plank. Sweep your bottom leg forward in front of you, and your top arm straight up to the sun as you keep your abs engaged! Repeat for each side!
rome roll up
Start with a leg lift, crunch up and twist to one side with arms stretched out to the side. Lower back down and perform the leg lift again before crunching up and twisting to the opposite side!
Tuscan twist
The Tuscan Twist is performed in a boat pose. Begin by twisting to one side with your arms out in front of you, as you flutter kick your legs so that your elbows touch your opposite knee! Keep your abs tight as you twist! The slower you move, the better!
