The undersigned parent or guardian understands the applicant will be engaging in physical activity during the program which contains an inherent risk, and releases Spartan Basketball Camp and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any and all liability for personal injury arising out of the applicant’s participation in the camp. I hereby grant permission for my son/daughter to attend Spartan Basketball Camp and to be treated by a licensed physician or a member of the athletic training staff for any injury, accident, illness, or other mishap. I further agree to pay through my insurance company or otherwise for any other medical treatment that may be necessary.

The Spartan Basketball Camp is a major part of our basketball program and we are committed to making each week of camp our best ever. The STAC coaches and players will provide a fun, enthusiastic, learning environment where each camper will improve as a player. More importantly, they will leave camp with a deeper love for the game of basketball!
Presented by STAC Basketball… COACH TOBIN ANDERSON Tobin Anderson was named the Head Men’s Basketball Coach in May of 2013. In just four years, Coach Anderson has established the STAC program as one of the premier programs in the Country. This past year, the Spartans won their 3rd Straight ECC regular season championship, 2nd straight ECC Tournament championship, made it to the Elite 8 of the NCAA Tournament and won a program record 28 games. Coach Anderson has been a college head coach for 15 years and has experience at every level of college coaching: STAC – Division 2 Head Men’s Basketball Coach Siena – Division 1 Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach Hamilton College – Division 3 Head Men’s Basketball Coach Clarkson University – Division 3 Head Men’s Basketball Coach Le Moyne College – Division 2 Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach Coach Anderson is also a renowned clinician and teacher of the game. He travels the country speaking at numerous camps including the Hoop Group camps, the 5 Star Basketball Camp, Bob Hurley Basketball Camp, and Coach Wootten’s basketball camp.
