Starting your own business: Success Story Ashley Renay Grubbs Graduating college can be a very stressful time. Not knowing which path to choose, which jobs to apply for, or even how to move on. At some point, each student considers what it would be like to start their own business; creating their own rules and managing to make their own schedules and freedom. According to Neil Patel, a contributor to Forbes Magazine, “Nine out of ten startups will fail. This is a hard and bleak truth, but one that you’d do well to meditate on” (Patel, 2015). Most people only see the success of entrepreneurship; they do not see the hard parts. You will probably spend more than one night getting no sleep, crying into a pillow. But when that first check comes in, when you help employees turn their lives around, and when you are profitable for the first time; it will all be worth it” (Dion,
