3. If you are using directional fabrics, make sure your directions are correct. 4. Cut the sub sections into strips.

8 X 15 cut into 2-4X15 inch strips 15 X 13 cut into 4-3 ½ X 12 ½ strips 19 X 15 cut into 4-3 ½ X 18 ¾ inch strips

5. Cut the vinyl into 12 ½ X 12 ½ squares 6. Prepare the zipper by sewing 1 X 3 inch tabs on both ends leaving a 16 ½ inch exposed zipper.

Mark the zipper so that the center is 16 ½ inches

Pin tabs in the zipper, sew and backstitch

Trim the excess zipper

7. Sew the side panels on onto the side of the vinyl, finger press and topstitch 1/8 inch from the edge. 2

8. Measure in 6 ½ inches from the edge to place the handles, then pin the top panel over the handles. Sew and top stich.

9. Sew the bottom panel onto the bottom 10. Sew the zipper along both top edges

11. Unzip zipper. Put right sides together and sew the 3 side seams making sure the tab is folded up. .

12. Turn inside out iron edges, avoid touching the vinyl. 13. Finished! 3
