TESTIMONIALS “Mike has been working with my team for the past four years, and each year I can see my guys’ strength and stamina getting better. What is really important is that Mike is both sport and position specific when working with my team. Not to mention we led the country in home runs this year. ” -- John Harvell Head CNU Baseball Coach
“What I like most about Coach Query’s style is that he tailors each workout to the needs of the individual athlete. Our players love working out with him, and we have seen huge gains in strength, agility, and conditioning in all of our players.” -- John Krikorian Head CNU Men’s Basketball Coach

This session is geared towards kids who have little to no experience with weight training, ages 15 and up. Weight training would emphasize body weight exercises, learning body movement patterns, core lifts (squat, bench, dead lift) and progress to introductory learning of the explosive movements (hang clean, split jerk, & plyometrics). A perfect example of a beginner would be any freshman in high school up to a junior/ senior in high school who hasn’t lifted before. Conditioning sessions will focus on footwork, agility, and speed mechanics.
INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED SESSION This session is geared towards kids who have at least 2 years of weight training experience, ages 17 and up. Training will be geared towards building strength and explosive power to help kids who are either preparing for or are already participating in college athletics. Athletes can work out just like a college athlete in a Division I caliber facility. This is in addition to receiving hands on training to help polish any deficiencies in technique, mobility, and flexibility all while also working on agility, explosiveness, and speed mechanics during the conditioning sessions.
