Student-Athlete Documentation Checklist Welcome to Carroll University and the Pioneer family. The following forms and information must be completed prior to intercollegiate athletic participation. Fall athletes must have all files completed by August 1, 2016. All other athletes must be completed by September 1, 2016. Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions or concerns.
