RBT is a workout popularised by the sport of CrossFit. Our Peak Body Coaches have an extensive understanding of Programming, Dynamic Movement Patterns and Orthopedic profiling, this is a workout that is guaranteed to produce killer results - if you’re willing to work hard. Sessions are traditionally 45 to 60 mins in length and can contain Ropes, Chins, Olympic style weight lifting and Kettle Bells.
