Preparation 1.In a bowl mix together assorted, chopped pickles, grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese, parsley, salt and white pepper. 2.Make a pocket in the chicken fillet. 3.Stuff the prepared filling into the pocket of the fillet. 4.Grill the chicken fillets till done from both sides.
5.In a pan take Mexican salsa and thin it with the chicken stock (prepared from the chicken powder). 6.Cook it for 2-3 minutes. 7.Pour over the prepared grilled stuffed chicken. 8.Serve with assorted pickles.
