The Summation 2AM Productions course is designed for all members of the litigation team and provides the essential tools needed to ingest a .pst file, cull the data, label it, prepare a production set and export the data. This course focuses on basics related to processing data according to the default settings, understanding how to leverage the filters/facets, searching techniques, tagging the data and then creating a production set in order to meet the imminent deadline. The features in this course assume the user has Admin rights since the variety of features covered during this course incorporate many roles. Course certificate of completion will be provided. Prerequisites: • Although it’s not required, students should have taken and should feel comfortable with the material presented in the Summation Case Management, Advanced Processing Options, and Summation Reviewer courses. This course builds upon information taught within those courses, while taking a deeper look at processing tools, project creation and setup. It is also recommended that students are familiar with aspects of processing and setting up projects for review. • Able to follow the course curriculum presented in English • A working knowledge of Windows, exploring Windows, working with Windows and menus • Using “My Computer,” and managing files and folders Class Materials and Software: You will receive the associated materials prior to the course.
