Class size is limited to maintain the quality of our camps. Registration is accepted on a first-come-firstserved basis. 1. Complete the registration form on the reverse side. 2. Make a copy of your child’s medical insurance card. 3. Make check payable to Madison Academy. 4. Mail or drop off the above 3 items at Madison Academy, 100 Academy Road, Madison, TN 37115

       

Madison Academy

 

 

Madison Academy’s 40-acre campus and facilities are located 10 miles northeast of Nashville on 100 Academy Road, Madison, TN. As a Christian college-preparatory institution, Madison Academy offers a dynamic high school curriculum supported by master teachers. Building on our rich heritage since 1904, the school continues to provide a well-rounded education that enhances students’ mental, physical, social, and spiritual growth.

Coaching Staff

 

 

The coaching staff is made up of the Madison Academy (MA) and Madison Campus Elementary (MCE) coaching team and our high school athletes. Adult supervision is maintained at all times

The parent and participant understand that the activities associated with the Madison Athletic camps require strenuous physical activity, including but not limited to running, jumping, stretching, and physical contact, and declare that the participant’s physical condition enables him/her to participate fully in all activates associated with the basketball camp. The parent and participant agree to indemnify and hold harmless Knight Athletic Camp, its agents and representatives; Madison Academy, KY/TN Conference, from any liability arising from the activities associated with the athletic camps. This specifically includes injury arising from negligence on the part of those mentioned above. Madison Academy has my permission to authorize medical care in the event of an emergency; I acknowledge that my child is covered by our own personal medical insurance.
