Eligible offers include: ShoreTel Connect CLOUD deals in North America, the UK and Australia. Offers not included: ShoreTel Virtualized Application Services (SVAS) and deals signed as pilots prior to August 14, 2017. Payouts will be made through the Partner Commissions process in the month following the sale.
