Through competitive games and exercises, along with one-on-one instruction from the coaching staff, we hope that each camper will walk away instilled with a new love for the game.

CAMP DIRECTOR: CARRI SMITH Coach Smith is in her 15th year as a volleyball coach and just completed her 5th year at Lower Columbia College. In 2016, she led the Red Devils to an NWAC Conference Championship and was voted West Region Coach of the Year. Before she came over to LCC, she coached 2 years as the head volleyball coach at Skyview High School in Vancouver, WA. She led the Storm to a 6th consecutive league title in 2011 and received the '4A GSHL Co-coach of the Year' award. She started at Skyview in 2006 and coached the JV team for 5 years then took over the program in 2011. Prior to Skyview, she coached the J.V. team for two years at Prairie HS (26-2) and two years at Clark County Juniors Volleyball Club. Her playing experience includes: Playing for Prairie High School (competed at state three years for Prairie HS: 1996, 2nd in state, 1997, 4th in state, and 1998 - won the 4A State Championship), 2 years of club for Greater Columbia VBC and Cowlitz VBC, then 4 years at Seattle Pacific University.
