INSTRUCTIONS MOTIF (make 30) With A, chain 5; join with slip st in first ch to form a ring. Round 1: Slip st in ring, ch 1, *sc in ring, ch 5, sc in ring, ch 3; repeat from * 3 more times; join with slip st in first sc—8 sc, 4 ch-5 spaces, and 4 ch-3 spaces. Round 2: (Slip st, ch 1, 9 sc) in first ch-5 space, sc in next ch-3 space, *9 sc in next ch-5 space, sc in next ch-3 space; repeat from * 2 more times; join with slip st in first sc—40 sc.
