Do you really want to be a Champion & top your CA, CS, CMA exams? There is one formula to get top ranks in CA, CS, CMA exams and no points for guessing the same as that’s a universal formula :: HARD WORK + REGULAR PRACTICE. That old line remains so true. “The harder I work, the luckier I get.” Life helps those who help themselves. Practice makes a person perfect. What you so sow, so shall you reap. These rules have not changed for thousand years. It is the law of nature. There is no substitute of hard work. We get the results directly in proportion to what we do as hard work & regular practice. Knowledge becomes power when we practice it. How many of you have seen the movie Bhag Milkha Bhag. If you have not seen, Go and watch that movie. This movie has inspired millions. There was not a single day on which Milkha Singh skipped his practice sessions. So much so that he conditioned himself to running two races a day, at any given place and time. Start preparing for the examination immediately on joining the course. Study regularly and conscientiously. It does not matter how many hours you study, but how much you understand. Qualitative study is important. In addition to the student journal, subscribe to the journal of the Institute. It helps to keep yourself updated. Keep track of the latest in all the subjects: accounting standards, new standards, revision of old ones, interpretations, etc., auditing and assurance standards, amendments to company law and other laws, Finance Act and Income-Tax law. Contribute and subscribe to a good business newspaper. Essays on capital markets, tax matters and other subjects will be helpful. While preparing for exams, what is that you want to get better at. Study it in detail & practice it like crazy. You must practice each question, every concept and practice mock tests at least 10 times before appearing for the exams if you are targeting to be the rank holder.
