Client Service/Surveys Synopsis: The EKS&H Business and Nonprofit Outlook Surveys and resulting reports provide insightful and actionable information about the economy, various client industries, and our clients’ specific organizations. In 2015, more than 1500 individuals were invited to participate, and more than 350 executives and owners responded. Objectives: • Improve/expand survey • Improve/elevate visual and content in resulting report • Increase participation and awareness • Develop client industry-focus Process/Outcomes: • New higher caliber survey tool identified and implemented • Dramatically higher quality design/content expansion • 150% increase in client participation;10% participation by priority nonprofit prospects • 9 client-industry outlook sections produced
