Sweetwater Valley Little League Spring 2018 Registration We are excited for our Spring season beginning in February! Sweetwater Valley Little League provides a safe and enjoyable environment for youth ages 4 to 18 to play baseball at all levels. Through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, our Little League program assists youths in developing the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork, physical well-being, friendly competition, skill development, human growth, good sportsmanship and family values.

Bring the following 5 documents to one of Registration Dates at SVLL facility at 3321 Conduit Rd., Bonita

Proof of Residence: Three (3) separate documents are required, one from EACH of the three groups outlined below dated between February 1, 2017 and February 1, 2018 with name of parent or player with home address (player must live at this address). Relatives who live in boundary do not qualify 3
Registration Dates
ONLY COMPLETED registration will be accepted defined as online registration, payment submitted, medical release form submitted, verification of original birth certificate by a board member, and verification of 3 proofs of residency (one from each column from group 1, II , III) by a board member by January 17, 2018 Late registration incurs an additional $60 fee after 1/17/18. Player will be waitlisted

SVLL Refund Policy
Any refund must be submitted via email to [email protected]. The request will generally be honored based on the following schedule. 50% of registration fee prior to team assignment (before draft date); No refund after team assignment (on or after draft date). This includes T-ball.
