Sylvia Redic City Manager, City of Morrow & Treasurer, Grant Professionals Certification Institute, Grant Professionals Association Sylvia Redic is a Certified Grant Professional with 13 years’ experience in the grant field. Ms. Redic earned her Master’s Degree from Georgia State University and serves has the City Manager for Morrow, GA in Clayton County. She has served in many capacities including City Clerk, Zoning Administration, Economic Development, and Grants Administration. She has also served as the President of the Georgia Grants Professionals Association and currently serves as the Treasurer for the Grant Professionals Certification Institute. Ms. Redic is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
