Plumpton College will use the information on this form to determine the initial offer of a place on a Taster Day. If this form is not completed fully and accurately we will contact you for the missing information and until this is received the application will be on hold. If further information relevant to the decision of an offer becomes known to the College, the initial offer could be made invalid and the place retracted.

I give permission for my son/daughter/ward to attend any of the activities organised by the College. I agree to first aid being given, if necessary by an appointed trained person from the College or by the appropriate qualified personnel e.g. doctor, paramedic etc. I agree to Plumpton College processing personal data or other data about the applicant (including photographic images being used for publicity and educational purposes by the College) I agree to the processing of such data for any purposes connected with this taster day or the applicants health and safety whilst on the premises or for any other legitimate reason directly connected with the course.

Please Note: In June a College minibus will collect students at Lewes High Street (outside British Heart Foundation) at 8:35am and return them at 5:00pm
OR
OR I will bring a packed lunch or money for the snack bar
You may wish to bring money for snacks and drink at break times
I will make my own travel arrange and arrive at 8:45am for a 9:00am start
