Camper to coach ratio: 7:1 We will strive to feature 14 players per court. This will better facilitate and maintain the separation into two competitive teams for tournament play. TO HELP MAINTAIN THE HIGHEST LEVELS OF SAFETY, SECURITY, AND SUPERVISION, Taylor Volleyball Camp will have a Counselor Assistant (CA) in the dorms.

Taylor University Volleyball Camps provide athletes the tools necessary to become complete volleyball players. Emphasis is placed on learning what is required to grow mentally and physically as a volleyball player and an athlete. Sound fundamentals are taught through a variety of drills and game situations. It is our intention to provide quality instruction and an enjoyable volleyball experience in a positive, encouraging environment.

Enrollment will be limited to ensure quality instruction. Applications are accepted on a first-come basis.

LO C ATI ON Camp sessions will be in Odle Gymnasium and Kesler Student Activities Center on the campus of Taylor University.

WHO Girls who will be entering 4th – 12th grade.

C AM P DESCRI P TIO NS June 21-24 This camp will focus on all aspects of the game. Fundamental skills and technique development will be emphasized for the beginner, as well as the more experienced player. Players will be grouped by age and skill level. The use of drills, games, and competitive play will be used to refine skills and techniques.

RU L ES & R EG U L AT I O N S Campers must abide by the rules and regulations of the Taylor Volleyball Camps. Campers are required to attend all sessions and activities unless previous arrangements have been made. Any serious violation, damage to Taylor University camp property, or other behavior deemed detrimental to the group will result in immediate dismissal. There will be no refund of fees upon expulsion or upon voluntary withdrawal from the camps.

CO MMU T ER S All meals are provided. Plan each day to arrive at the dining commons at 8 am. Your ride will need to pick you up at the end of the last scheduled event for the evening within 10 minutes of event ending, unless prior arrangements have been made.

CA NCE L L AT IONS/ RE F U ND POL ICY : A $25.00 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Head Coach Erin Luthy at: [email protected]. Refunds will be processed on a case by case situation.
