Dear Sponsor, We want to thank you for taking the time to consider supporting the boys of XR Baseball. Without generous donations from companies just like you we could not make the season the huge success that it will be in 2018. During the season there are numerous costs such as uniforms, protective equipment, tournament fees, and other miscellaneous costs like team insurance and travel expenses for the Global World Series in Gulf Shores, Alabama which is exactly what the donations are used for. Our program has a Team Treasurer that tracks all funds in and out of the program and those files can be viewed by any sponsor at any time. With your help we will continue giving these boys the opportunity to make memories that will last a lifetime! Below you can review the four sponsorship levels that we are offering for 2018…Any current team sponsor will receive a $25 discount on the below donation amounts for that specific level. Our platinum and gold level sponsorships are first come first serve as we are limited on our availability for uniform advertising. At the very end of this information packet you will see examples of previous uniforms sponsor locations on uniforms along with our team banner for a visual of what kind of advertisement you will be getting! Another added benefit we have this season for sponsors are the opportunity to advertise at our practice location that we call “The Field of Dreams” in Graysville, TN. Sponsor signs will be made and displayed year round on the fence at the park. This will just give added exposure for your business to potential future business that otherwise would never see your company displayed elsewhere! For this feature we are charging a flat $100 rate. This opportunity is only available to sponsors of our t eam. Now for a recap of our 2017 season…we completed the season with a 38-14 overall record. We had a successful season with tournament championships at The Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge, TN / USSSA Global World Series in Gulf Shores, AL / Stars & Stripes Spring Double Play in Knoxville, TN just to name a few and that does not include our runner up finishes in multiple events from Chattanooga, Cleveland, Nashville, and Rainsville, AL! In total we competed in 12 events and we placed in the top two in 10 of the 12. The locations we competed in show the level of advertising we are able to give each and every sponsor but we are still in our home location in Rhea County two days every week for practices and moving into 2018 the Rhea County Economic Development Committee is making a large push to enhance travel sports in Dayton and we are at the forefront of that push.
PLATINUM LEVEL SPONSOR - $550 - ($650 with additional advertisement at the Field of Dreams)
The Platinum Level Sponsors are our top level sponsor. They will be advertised on the backs of the team uniforms (displayed below), company logo will be displayed on the team banner that is displayed at all tournaments we compete in, a custom sponsor plaque is given, and we will begin advertising your business on our team Facebook page (@xtremereloaded) along with our team website at www.xtremereloaded.com! For 2018 we have also added even more advertising exposure through the 1st Annual XR Bass Classic (Lake Chickamauga) & 2nd Annual Southern Showcase youth baseball event that brought over 60 teams to the diamond last year. The baseball tournament will also sell official tournament t-shirts on site that will have sponsor logos on those shirts! Both events are fundraising events for our team but Platinum Sponsors will automatically be tournament sponsors for these events!
GOLD LEVEL SPONSOR - $350 – ($450 with additional advertisement at the Field of Dreams) Our Gold Level Sponsors will be treated to advertisement on the sleeve of our team uniforms but will also receive company logo on our team banner, a custom sponsor plaque, and will receive the Facebook & Website advertising. New for 2018 our Gold Sponsors will also be our official sponsors of the 1st Annual XR Golf Classic at the Dayton Golf & CC. All gold sponsors will be advertised as hole sponsors for the event!!!
SILVER LEVEL SPONSOR - $200 - ($300 with additional advertisement at the Field of Dreams) Silver Level Sponsors will receive a custom sponsors plaque with team picture along with your company logo being displayed on our team banner. They will also be advertised via Facebook and our team website for the duration of the season.
BRONZE LEVEL SPONSOR - $100 - ($200 with additional advertisement at the Field of Dreams)
All Bronze Level Sponsors will receive a custom sponsor plaque with a team picture and will be listed on our team websites sponsors tab.
