10 Healthy Alternatives to Processed Foods Healthy Wisdom from Amber The  majority  of  us  are  not  going  to  eat  clean  100%  of  the   time.  We  are  going  to  have  many  meals  and  snacks  in  our   lifetime,  so  we  must  be  realistic  about  what  healthy   alternatives  we  are  going  to  need  to  stay  on  track,  yet  still   be  “normal”  and  enjoy  life  to  the  fullest.  This  includes   options  for  chips,  crackers,  breads,  pastas,  and  soda.
