Here is a short guide to help your team through the fundraising process. We want this to be fun, not stressful! Just remember, we are here to help! If you have questions, give me a call. Lindsey Phillips, 563-263-9996 1. RECRUIT. Gather a team of 3 or 6 friends, colleagues, or family members.

($50, $75, $100…) Check out the included pledge sheets for instructions to fundraise online. Check in with your team often to see if they need any ideas on how to ask for donations. 4. CELEBRATE. Join us for a “Thank you” bowling party. Turn in your collected donations and pledges, enjoy two hours of Glo-N-Bowl, a t-shirt , and chances to win great prizes!! BE PROUD! Every dollar your team raises stays in the community to help local youth build a relationship with an adult that cares about them and provides the support they need to be successful.
We are celebrating 90’s style! Encourage your team to embrace the theme and break out the hair crimpers, stirrup pants, flannels, leathers, & combats boots!
Important Things to Remember: Have your team arrive at the bowling alley 30 minutes early. We will email you your lane number the week of the event. Share it with your team. Once all your team members have arrived, send one person to turn in your team’s donation envelopes in the bar area. When donations are turned in you can pick up t-shirts for everyone that fundraised a minimum of $50.
Company Based Bowl for Kids’ Sake Teams If you are a Team Captain of a company based team, we have some extra ideas for you. Some suggestions are to hold a jeans day, submit a donation request through your company newsletter or have a bake sale. Please contact
[email protected] or 263-9996 for more information!
